About Rob Piotrowski
Rob Piotrowski is the Founder of Ironman Staffing Medical Services, Inc., bringing over 25+ years of experience in healthcare staffing and workforce solutions. His career is built on long-standing relationships with leading healthcare facilities and hospitals across the United States that trust him to deliver qualified professionals for their most critical roles.
Rob began his professional journey in the late 1990s, working with major organizations such as IBM, where he managed nationwide IT staffing initiatives, including specialized Lotus Notes migration projects for the U.S. Supreme Court. This early experience shaped his deep understanding of workforce evolution—from traditional recruitment methods to today’s modern hiring expectations. With insight gained across generations, Rob focuses on staffing excellence, looking beyond resumes to evaluate whether a candidate will truly grow, stay, and succeed within an organization. His approach centers on helping hospitals achieve long-term staffing stability, not just short-term placements.
Wanting to contribute to an industry that directly serves the health and well-being of society, Rob transitioned into healthcare staffing over two decades ago. Since then, he has remained committed to building strong, values-aligned teams that support both patient care and organizational continuity.
Rob is an active member of the National Healthcare Coalition of Recruiters and maintains a strong nationwide network of respected industry professionals. He works closely with healthcare leaders to understand their culture, goals, and long-term workforce needs—ensuring placements that lead to lasting partnerships and high retention.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Arizona State University and studied Entrepreneurship at the University of Miami. At Ironman Staffing, Rob leads with integrity, experience, and a relationship-first philosophy, ensuring that both clients and candidates receive personalized attention and long-term value.
